Spotlessly clean, very quite when windows are closed. Bed was very comfortable . Great location, only 6 min walk from the bus stop. Staff on check in desk (across the street)were lovely and very helpful . We checked in our bags as we were early. We chose to have breakfast on the roof terrace, which is lovely, great breakfast and only €7.50 each. Highly recommend .

Friendly, helpful staff. The location is quiet but so convenient to all the sights, beach, paseo and restaurants. We loved the buffet breakfast with plenty of hot food, fruits yoghurts, cereal and as many coffees as you want. It was served on the beautiful plaza in front of the Basilica Santa Maria. Our room was modern, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable with a great shower. The facade of the building was old style.and que bonita! We were lucky enough to have a huge terrace to relax and eat. The room also included a fridge and kettle. The hotel provides very handy changing rooms and showers for late departures. The hotel was amazing and we loved our stay there.

The property is in a quaint, slightly hilly street in the old part of town. The room was quite a good size with a Juliet balcony facing the street and nearby to an old church (with a loud bell). Good facilities including a fridge, kettle, mugs and a Tassimo coffee maker. A few teabags and two coffee capsules were provided but if you drink a lot, like us, recommend bringing your own along with some milk ! We stayed at Christmas and it was chilly in Alicante, especially in the evenings. Heating was easy to adjust and you could turn it up so it was very warm and cosy. Big walk-in shower, also nice and hot if required. Great breakfast selection, a bit crowded in the area but plenty of room on the roof terrace outside.....fine I would imagine when not so cold outside. Service was very good, always a friendly welcome and when we had a small problem with the heating they responded immediately.

It was quite a good veriety of food and the morning sun with the ambiance of the surroundings is just the right combination for early morning. Bed is quite comfortable.
